Big Luv Newfoundlands                                   

Each year, we newfie and dog lovers join together at Sruce Lake for a get together and some doggone fun!   Swimming, dunking for hotdogs, tennis ball tosses, good company, and lots of laughs are all abundant!  And that is just the dogs!  The people have a great time, too!   Newfie families swap stories and share pictures and then everyone (dogs and people) chow down and enjoy the view.  Check out our pictures below.  Sharing life with a newfie is a way of life!   Take a look at the smiles on the faces of the people in these pictures to get just a small glimpse into the world of those who enjoy a "newfie home"!

Everyone is welcome!

Whether you have a Big Luv Newfie, a newfie from somewhere else, another breed of dog, or just love newfies, you are welcome at our annual event!   At Spruce Lake, we celebrate the special joys that dogs bring to our lives and we plan for more adventures.

Swimming is a big part of the day, but playing ball, bobbing for hot dogs, and "chillaxin'" in the grass is good, too.  Everyone goes home full, happy, and exhausted!
